The inspection method is to reverse the conveyor and count the number of loose chain links. If there are two or more completely loose chain links, the chain needs to be re tightened.
The working face should maintain a straight line. If the working surface is not straight, it will cause unequal tension between the two chains, leading to uneven chain wear or causing the bottom chain to fall off, get stuck or break.
The bending of the conveyor should be appropriate and avoid sharp bends. The bending part should not be less than eight sections of the chute. When pushing, attention should be paid to the coordination of the front and rear hydraulic jacks to avoid sharp bends. Otherwise, it may cause the chute to be misaligned, leading to chain breakage and falling accidents. Special attention should be paid to not pushing the conveyor when it is stopped.
The conveyor should be laid flat. Due to the limitations of the chute structure, it can only adapt to changes in the vertical direction of 3 '-5'. Therefore, if there are local unevenness on the working face bottom plate, it should be leveled, and the smooth laying of the conveyor is conducive to the operation of the scraper chain, reducing the wear of the chute and reducing power consumption.
During the operation of blasting, it is necessary to protect the transmission parts and pipelines of the conveyor, unit cables, switches, etc. When transporting iron or long materials on a conveyor, safety measures should be taken to prevent personal accidents.
The overlap between the tail and middle slots of the transition slot machine should not have excessive bending. If there is bending, wooden boards should be used to cushion it.
Pay special attention to the vibration of the coupling. Check the vibration of the hydraulic coupling when the conveyor starts. In order to protect good heat dissipation conditions, the protective cover plate and liquid should be cleaned regularly.
